Want to ask your own questions? Speak to our experts for assistance.
How long does the debt recovery process take?
The timeline varies depending on the debt’s age, the debtor’s response, and the complexity of the case. Simple cases may resolve in weeks, while others may take longer if legal steps are required. We prioritise swift action to minimise delays.
What types of debts can you help recover?
We handle a wide range of debts, including unpaid invoices, loans, contracts, service fees, and outstanding levies due to a body corporate. Whether it’s a small amount or a significant sum, we work closely with you to ensure the swift and effective recovery of all monies owed.
Can you recover debts from individuals or businesses located overseas?
Yes, we can pursue international debt recovery, though it may involve additional legal considerations. We’ll assess the case and advise on the best approach for cross-border debts.
Can you recover old debts that are past due for several years?
Yes, we can pursue older debts, provided they are not older than the standard three-year prescription period. We’ll review your case and advise on the best approach to maximise recovery.
