Daniela obtained her BA Law (Cum Laude) in 2018, her LLB (Cum Laude) in 2020 and her LL.M in Mercantile Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria.  She commenced her Practical Vocational Training at Livingston Leandy in January 2022 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2024. Daniela commenced articles in the High Court Litigation Department focusing on civil litigation matters in the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal.  These matters include municipal law, town planning, environmental law and administrative and procurement law.
