This division’s expertise includes:

• advising on town planning issues, appeals and dispute resolution
• advising on the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA)
• advising on the Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC) documents
• representing principal agents, developers and property owners in construction, engineering and building plan disputes
• reviewing applications relating to the approval process under the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA)
