Nqobile graduated with an LL.B. from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a director in our Litigation Department. Nqobile has specialist skills in civil litigation, personal injury actions, bond foreclosures, debt recovery and employment law. She has experience in the High, Regional and Magistrate's Court.

Nqobile handles litigation of all bond foreclosure matters on behalf of financial institutions from commencement up to finalization. Within this department she provides general advice on the National Credit Act and related legislation.

Nqobile is also thoroughly conversant in Employment and Labour Legislation and has experience advising clients from both the public and private sectors. Within this Department Nqobile has experience in chairing Disciplinary Hearings and representing clients at Disciplinary Hearings and the CCMA.
