Naomi, the current Managing Director and Chair of LLI has approximately 20 years post-admission experience and has extensive experience in high value commercial litigation, personal injury actions, recoveries, and the administration of deceased estates. Naomi provides hands on strategic guidance in the dispute resolution department. She is an accredited mediator and a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators of South Africa. Naomi is well versed in legislation applicable to domestic and international arbitrations and is familiar with the rules applicable to arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa. Since 2016 Naomi has lectured the Personal Injury Law components of the training programme which is offered to candidate attorneys by the School for Legal Practice. Naomi is on the LSSA assessors panel, is involved in the drafting of the MVA component of the attorneys admission exams and a co-convener in that category.
Naomi is a member of the BLA; the 30% Club, Business Engage and on the board of directors of the South African Medico-Legal Association.
